This project involved the renovation of the 108,000 SF, 12-level office and parking garage structure for Travis County in downtown Austin. Phase 1 included the renovation of levels, while levels four through six were occupied. Phase 2 included the renovation of levels four through six, while seven through eleven were occupied. The major scope of the project included the upgrade of the mechanical and electrical systems, and the installation of a new fire protection system.
