Koriledge as the CM, was responsible for demolition of 1,362 existing units and construction of 916 (458 duplexes) new, wood-frame units with two-car garages; complete renovation of 432 existing units to add single-car garages; revitalization of community common areas through development of increased green space, improvement of recreational facilities and improvement of road design. There will be basketball courts, soccer fields and volleyball courts with 10,000LF of walking trails.
